We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship from Colorado.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends or holidays. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Rates

Standard shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. For orders under $99, the shipping rate depends on where your order is going and the speed you choose. You will see the exact rate at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier and begin once your order ships. Weather and carrier delays can affect them.

Address changes

Email hello@barkadabrand.com as soon as possible if your address needs to change. We will do our best to update it before your order ships, but once it is with the carrier we cannot change it.
