Standard shipping is free on US orders of $99 and up. Under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout based on where your order is going and the speed you choose.

We ship within the United States right now. Orders ship from Colorado.

Once your order ships you will get an email with tracking. You can also follow it in the Shop app.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, with tags, in the condition you received them. Return shipping is on you. Read the full Returns and Refunds policy.

OG is our standard adult fit (58 cm). FLEX is a smaller fit (54 cm). JR is our youth fit (50 cm). Every hat page has a fit guide next to the fit options.

Hand wash with fresh water and a little mild soap, then air dry in the shade. No washing machine, dryer, or bleach. Full steps on our Hat Care page.
